I was so impressed that I had to make time to call the store the next day, ask for a manager, and thank them for their time and service in helping us.Mia was the person that helped my family upgrade all of our devices. She was exceptionally knowledgable, professional and kind. As she sat with us, she helped us find the best solution, answered all of our questions and got us to where we needed to be.During our visit, there was an issue with the upgrade process that was unexpected. Mia diagnosed it and gave us options. And then worked through the issue from start to finish. I saw also that she was reaching out to others as well, all the way up to a district manager, and her supervisor to solve the issue and get insight. The teamwork was inspiring to see.My family is spread out across the country and when it really mattered, these are the folks that delivered. I can't say thank you enough.Your staff are incredible.
