“There needs to be more than five stars here.The customer service that we received during our visit was off the charts. I was literally blown away. I was so impressed that I had to make time to call the store the next day, ask for a manager, and thank them for their time and service in helping us.Mia was the person that helped my family upgrade all of our devices. She was exceptionally knowledgable, professional and kind. As she sat with us, she helped us find the best solution, answered all of our questions and got us to where we needed to be.During our visit, there was an issue with the upgrade process that was unexpected. Mia diagnosed it and gave us options. And then worked through the issue from start to finish. I saw also that she was reaching out to others as well, all the way up to a district manager, and her supervisor to solve the issue and get insight. The teamwork was inspiring to see.My family is spread out across the country and when it really mattered, these are the folks that delivered. I can't say thank you enough.Your staff are incredible. “This store is decent. It isn't a super target or Target greatland, and that is all right with me. I did work at this target for awhile, and I took pride in engaging guests and trying to make them feel special. Unfortunately, rarely am I acknowledged. It's not horrible, but it is different than how I tried to treat guests. Clean store. Most of the time, prices are clearly marked. Employees, when you approach them, are generally helpful. The prices are good. It is my home store, and it's good for me.”
