“I usually call to check if part is available but online search is available. They will pull the part & call back when it is ready for pickup. Every time I have needed a part, they have been super fast & called back the same day!! I don’t have a problem driving 100+ miles, since I’ve moved from the area, because I know the part I get will be honestly portrayed & if they can’t guarantee it (ex. Windshield) they will tell you if it has rock chips, or some flaw that may get worse in the near future. They will also inform you if there is anything that you can do to prevent it from getting worse. I know that I can trust this business & refer all my friends & family members!
