“I must admit after looking @ the reviews I was not expecting much. I’m traveling from the west coast to make a large purchase for my business. I honestly haven’t been happy with US Bank for many many years I just don’t feel supported as a small business. I tried to send a wire in Seattle yesterday and they were not able to figure it out and put a holdOn a cashier check I deposited the wholePurpose of cashier check is for funds to be guaranteed. So I hoop on a plane to the midwest on a time sensitive mission to wait for funds to clear & figure out the wire situation. I had the pleasure to be assisted by the bank manager Brandi Schack and she delivered. It was a unique transfer to a credit union, she green lit my funds being cleared andGave me 5 star service. She even had a teller make me coffee from the employee equipment not usually available to customers thank you. ?? great job.”
