“Nothing to share in particular as far as my customer service experience at this location. But so far the people are helpful and nice. I have my account with them since 2018. I don’t like Wells Fargo because they ripped me off with extra fees they charged and took some more money from my account. US bank is ok... tcf stayed away from them because of what many different people had said about that bank but so far I love this bank I don’t get fees because of direct deposit and overall i personally rather have this bank over any other bank.”
“Went to chase to open new account after they closed my original one for no reason. They denied me? So I said I’ve always wanted an account with wings financial credit union. I went in and instantly greeted with great help. They sat me down with a banker and within 10 minutes I had an account. Best decision I made, having wings account has been so easy. “The employees are very helpful and professional. Sometimes there can be a line to get a teller but only one time I walked out because it was just too long. I have been to this one several times for deposits, notary, withdrawls and I opened my account years ago at this one and the lady that helped me helped me set up accounts and build my credit because I was a ghost lol. She no longer is there, she was offered another job atva different branch, which bummed me out because she was amazing but I believe Jasmine I think her name is, the teller, who currently works there is the greatest I just love her!!!”
