“My iPhone charger port stopped working altogether. Took it to Gophermods and they were able to quickly clean up the built up lint inside the port that fixed the issue. Ema was quick to help and she didn't charge for the service either. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and Gophermods will be my go to shop for any future phone repairs.”

“I got a warranty repair done here to replace my Pixel Pro 7's screen due to some dead pixels. Since warranty repairs from Google require a genuine part, they had to order the new screen. I was able to come back within a week and the folks here had it repaired in about an hour. They also installed my screen protector for free. The staff were professional and polite. I'd come here again if my phone needed another repair!”

“These guys were AWESOME! I had an insurance claim that was submitted through assurant. I already had a bad experience on this claim, that was originally sent to Batteries Plus... But they couldn't help me when I arrived. I rescheduled with CPR. They expected me. They were kind and prompt. They didn't make it seem like I was a hassle to them as a non-buying customer. They did amazing work on the device with super fast turn time. They set clear expectations, AND took care of all of my needs and concerns.

Josh figured the problem out in about 5 minutes, suggested a different charging cord they had and had me on my way charging me only for the cord. Prior to being helped watched him help an elderly customer and he was really good with them explaining everything in an easy to understand manor”

“They explained the repair process and the timeline very well, and gave me accurate, detailed estimates of the repair cost. In my particular case they appear to have made a small mistake with the alignment of some of the buttons, but the fact that they automatically apply a limited warranty to all repairs makes it very worthwhile. I also appreciate how they are open 6 days a week instead of closing on Saturdays, given my rather full schedule during the work week.”

“We needed a new needle for an heirloom Sear’s Silvertone record player that was my grandpas. We use our record player daily and wanted to get a new needle ASAP. After hours of frustrated searching online for the brand, needle and cartridge numbers, I found this gem online. I called to see if they could help and was told if I could bring the needle in they could match it. The next day we walked out with a new needle and we were back in business.
