“I just checked out with Allan. He was so rude. Didn't say hi. Didn't tell me my total. I paid with cash and he just stood there. I had to tell him I was using cash. No thank you no have a nice day. How do people get hired and have no customer service skills!??? I'm not happy. Saw many employees and not one person said hi. This target is just getting worse and worse!!”
“One of my favorite locations in Minnesota. My grandkids and I, had a great time shopping. They had a great sale on shorts at $3.00 a pair for little girls but, of course, they wanted cuter outfits and they got em. Lol We stopped for pjs and shorts but came out with Pjs, shorts, cute shirts, a couple of cute dresses and smart watches I'm definitely that grandma LOL I like the wide isles and not having to squeeze between things with a shopping kart. I did notice that, they had no employees in any of the departments where we roamed, and that they only had cashiers in place. I'm grateful for the human cashiers because, so many stores are getting rid of employees and switching to self checkout which is horrible! Where's my W2? This is a great location with plenty of parking. Of course I'll stop and shop here again whenever I'm back... this is my spawtttt!!!”
“When I stay in Bloomington, I visit Caribou Coffee and Walgreens that are located in the same plaza. When I leave it, I always see this Target on my left. I had never visited it until last month. I needed to get lemons and honey. I thought that I'd try finding them at Target. This store is awesome. It has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut at the front. The grocery section is amazing. I have never seen so many different ranch dressing varieties in my life. Then again, Minnesota is ranch dressing territory, so it makes sense. I ended up picking up a jug of AriZona green tea, too. Finding lemons and raw honey in a squeezable bottle was easy. It took me a long time to tear myself away from the snacks aisle. The toy section was next door. I loved seeing plushies, from Grogu to Squishmallows. Spring merchandise was abundant at this store. I liked looking at sandals, cute dresses, and more. I got a human at the checkout area. It was nice chatting with her. I paid with a credit card. She placed all my items in bags. I appreciated it. I wished her a good evening and left. It's a solid Target store. I look forward to returning whenever I'm back in the area. (161)”

“Bought an iPad and iPhone in two separate visits this week. Dealt with nine employees, all of whom were helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. You need patience while one worker walks two or more customers at a time through trade in, purchase and set up. One-on-one interactions would make these devices even more expensive. When the first new iPad glitched during set up, they swapped it out and gave me $150 in gift cards for the delay. And they hooked me up with the one worker who had firsthand experience with Mint Mobile to switch me to an eSIM. As much as I detest malls, it would’ve been more frustrating to do this through the mail. YMMV.”
“Left the Burnsville location the staff was so rude and did not have the answers! I left and went to the Bloomington location and Absolutely love this store I came in with an issue about my son phone and the young men’s on site went out the way to help me resolve this issue some of the things I didn’t even know I could do on my iPhone they help me understand also went out the way to help me download the app on my phone so I can pay my phone bill when I say I have not been inside a phone store with so much respect I truly appreciate each one of the guys here! So respectful and they all came together to help my issue out truly appreciate it every much!”
