“They defenitly need more men working with the young lady she is awesome and helps everybody in a timely matter, I witnessed a young man upset that she didnt give him her number and started harassing her and saying he was going to try to get her fired and wanted corporate number . “My 13 month old, barely used 65” Toshiba Fire TV stopped getting a picture out of nowhere. Best Buy could not help me because I did not purchase the geek care. Toshiba would not help me because the unit was a month out of warranty. I found Shopjimmy on a google search. They had the parts (very reasonably priced including a 10% first time discount and a even more reasonable 20% 2 year warranty on the parts). I purchased the complete repair kit for less than $100, opened the back, plugged in the parts (super easy….why are professional repairs so costly?) and I am back up with a beautiful picture. My advice is: follow the advice on Shopjimmy, do not be afraid to fix it yourself! I caution you about Toshiba, it will be my last one from them. Good luck!”

“The guy inside was pretty nice once he understood what we were trying to do. We had to drive around the place a few times to find it because the actual " Metro" sign wasn't lit up on the building.the store was neat and clean inside and we will be going back to buy a phone!”

“There was lots of grocery items that were out of stock, kinda surprised with it being a full service Target. Produce seemed well stock but didn't need any. Staff seemed be stocking what stock they had. Young man at self checkout was very nice. Womens clothing area was a bit confusing, but still had jean shorts....yeah! Brought a 3 star to a 4 star.”

“I love Target!This was a pretty solid target to adventure to.FYI there is no Ulta inside but it is right next door.The parking lot is plenty large!I picked up hero pimple patches, face lotion, and face wipes. This earned me a five dollar gift card.I also grabbed some snacks. Chicken strips which were only a couple bucks and some flaming hot Cheetos.The cashier was very pleasant.It was a good visit!”

“Went in hoping they would have what I was looking for: diet squirt, Clorox wipes and dusting air for computer keyboard. The first two items were a no-go, which I expected, there out everywhere. There were a couple employees in the section that were just standing there-I figured I looked well enough and continued on. Once in the dairy section an employee (Kenny) asked how we were and if we were finding everything we were looking for. He got on his walkie talkie and asked electronics and they did have some he asked that employee to point us in the right direction once we walked back over there. Most employees ask if they can help but you know they are asking because they have to but Kenny genuinely cared and helped...oh and I was impressed because he was putting a load of milk and things in the coolers, so he stopped what he was doing to ask us for help when the electronic employees weren't "working" and didn't ask anything. Kenny needs a raise and promotion!!”

“Shane was amazing! Was extremely patient and helpful when I came in to open a new account. He jumped through hoops with Customer Service after I had to overcome some technical issues with the activation of service. He made several long duration calls to resolve the conflict and was cool and collected the whole time. Most Reps would have probably been ready to hand the situation off, but He held on until everything was completed. The purchase was successful after all his assistance, and I was able to leave satisfied with Service. Shane went above and beyond! I recommend this site to anyone interested in mobile or internet service.”
