“Jaxon Grey is the BEST place for men’s clothing in MN! My husband is a huge fan. Even our 16 year old son loves shopping here, and that’s saying a lot because he hates to shop. We found him tons of options for the Vantage program (business casual) that are still comfy for him. They make the entire experience fun, including serving a beer or wine! Definitely check them out!!”
“This is by far the best running store in the twin cities. The customer service is above and beyond. I went to other stores first to get help finding a new pair of running shoes to match my quirky foot needs. No other store had staff with the depth of knowledge and experience as Saint City. The foot mapping computer and quick running/gait analysis was so helpful in getting me the right pair of shoes. I didn’t waste time trying on shoes that clearly were a poor fit as I had at other stores. Pete was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and go to Saint City Running when you need new shoes!”

“I wanted to treat my nephew to some nice cleats as hey congrats for making a competitive club soccer team. I figured Planet Soccer would be super knowledgeable and couldn't be happier with the decision to go there. I know both my nephew and I learned a lot about soccer cleats and the customer service was exemplary. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner of the place Sia and he was a great guy. “A couple weeks back I stopped in at Bob’s Cycle Supply to order a pair of new tires for my ancient 650 Yamaha street tracker.The gentleman who took my order for the tires was very courteous and helpful making the tire selection. He was very thorough as well.The following week I received a call that the tires had arrived, so I brought my wheels in and the gentleman at that time was also very courteous and helpful. He was very attentive to notes regarding which side of the bike the front brake rotor/rear brake hub were on, as well as the speedometer drive.‘Kyle’ called a day or so later to just ‘double check’ the configuration, and also offered the option for ‘tape’ weights or ‘clamp’ style.No surprise to me at this point-he was also courteous and helpful!One more individual I want to mention was yet another gentleman who, when I stopped in to about a month ago to inquire about having the wheels laced, kindly informed ‘Bob’s’ no longer offered the service, but referred me to ‘Larson’s Cycle’ (that referral made my day!).I have been a Bob’s Cycle Supply customer since ‘Bob’ opened the business on Rice Street back in1971, and have always been very pleased with the products and service they offer, but most importantly-the very high level of customer service I have always received.I will be in soon for new tires for my 1971 650 Yamaha and a new helmet.Needless to say: Bob’s Cycle Supply and staff absolutely ROCK!”

“Awesome Experience while shopping for cleats and gear for our girls. the gentleman took time with each of our girls and measured their foot and brought out several pairs of cleats for them to try on and was very knowledgeable of the cleats he was bringing out. he did the same with shin guards, explained each style and helped choose the right ones for each girl! Amazing Customer service! Highly recommended. we will definitely be returning for future shopping.”

“This is a smaller REI store but nonetheless has the quality outdoor equipment that they are known for. I often find it hard to track down a staff member for some of the specialty areas in this store (ie shoes, bikes, etc.). But overall the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Returns are easy with little hassle.”
“We couldn't go and buy tickets for the baseball game because we had paid for the college reunion events. So instead we looked around in their store and bought other things to take home. I bought a keychain wooden bat, a stress reliever pink squishy pig toy, and a blue T-shirt with their logo. My older sister bought a magnet for the fridge, a mug shaped like the state of Minnesota, and a Black T-shirt with the Baseball Team logo on it. And we chatted with the 2 sales clerks. I took a picture of this large Pirate Ship which was in the baseball yard. When there is a home run fireworks are shot out from this area. It is a nice Baseball store to visit while in St.Paul, MN.We came here after visiting the St. Paul Farmer's Market which is steps away. It was a fun, hot day minus that horrible rainstorm that showed up at 2:00 P.M.”

“I was looking for a certain pair of On running shoes. Mill City Running had the best price and shipped them out promptly. I ordered them on a Wednesday morning and they were shipped by the afternoon. I would've had them by Friday if the USPS in our city didn't hold onto them for 4 days. This is no reflection on Mill City. They did their part promptly. I would definitely order from them again.”
