We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. Isaiah’s level of professionalism and expertise were unmatched. This was by far the most positive experience we’ve experienced with TMobile.”

BONUS - I walked out with a smaller monthly phone bill and wasn't expecting that! All because of Victor the AT&T Representative. He was honestly the best sales person I have ever encountered! He really helped me out and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interest.
