“I went into the store last night, I had ordered a new phone and was having an issue with SIM card. A young man who's name was Cole enthusiastically greeted me and helped me with SIM card and he also helped out on my screen saver and case. (Which, I was ever so grateful. Applying the screen saver is not hard for most people, but I am not the best at it) His service was impeccable.”

“I haven't been in a Walmart in some time but I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I went because online I found that they carry Watkins hand soap so I wanted to buy a few bottles for my home. They only had foamy hand soap in the store and my preference was regularly soap but I bought a couple of bottles anyway because I like the scent. Since I'm new to the store, I asked an employee where the soap was located and they were spot on with the aisle locale. Love that. I then thought about other stuff I needed and headed to carpets to buy the Non-slide layer you put under carpets. Found that and bought a couple of runners for my entryway. So much cheaper than other stores I was looking in. Very good experience here. Staff was knowledgeable. Store was clean. Checkout was fast and friendly. Great stop. I'd definitely come again.”

“I went in to the AT&T store to upgrade one phone and ended up upgrading two phones and buying a watch!
BONUS - I walked out with a smaller monthly phone bill and wasn't expecting that! All because of Victor the AT&T Representative. He was honestly the best sales person I have ever encountered! He really helped me out and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interest.
I have been an AT&T customer for many years, and Victor (along with the AT&T Service) is exactly why I haven’t switched to another cell phone carrier.”
