“I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.”

He was considerate and helped me package up my return.There was a woman trashing Dave and said he was not helping her and she was going to write a bad review on him. She was being rude and talking so we all could here. She was definitely out of line and being very rude herself…..”
“I have been using this location for several years- so probably about 20 times. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers, but never have I had a bad experience mailing anything! They are so efficient that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. We have always had great service here. Keep up the good work UPS!”
