The bathroom had not been cleaned since 1:30 PM according to the sign in sheet on the door. The floor was covered in toilet paper. I don't know that I've ever been in a clean target bathroom but it takes 3 mins to swept the floor in this small bathroom and that would make it significantly better.

This is a very friendly Target. It is pretty typical overall for Target. It is clean and well kept. There is a good variety of items.
