“Shopping for furniture is stressful and it’s nice not to have a sales person putting stress on you. I had sales person just offer to let me know where the Items that I was looking for that were comfortable for me and I was able to Rome the store and I was not pressured into buying.I ended up buying the pieces that we talked about and more. Because he didn’t pressure me!Great Management style! I love it!!!When the gentleman came to deliver my mattress, I was unable to make my bed and they made my bed for me. They stated that in the three years that they had been delivering mattresses, they had never done that before they were so sweet, but they did that for me. I really appreciate it as I was unable to do that due to a situation that I had just encountered, so props to them thank you so much, gentlemen”

“WOW!!! The service I received at Douglas Furniture was top notch! The team of Matt, Taylor, and Mitch was truly great. Everything from Taylor's friendly- non-pushy - greeting at the door, to Matt being able to find exactly what I was looking for, and then ending with the very professional delivery service from Mitch. THANK YOU!!! My order wasn't an easy feat, but Douglas Furniture managed to find all of my pieces in the size and exact color that I really wanted, AND get it all out to me on time. The customer service was excellent and the pricing you couldn't beat. I will definitely be recommending this furniture store! Thanks guys!!!”

“A friend last summer talked about this store. I saw my client in Alexandria and asked her. She said its hit or miss, mainly overstock, etc. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot. I grabbed a basket. This store is severely cluttered, with narrow aisles for 1 shopper or cart in them. They seem to mark their products with a black sharpie. This store is enormous. It looks like a lot of Costco, dollar tree excess stuff that didn't sell. Some prices were high even, such as $24 Legos and $8.99 towels. There are a boatload of toys and clothes. I bought an ND flag, Reeses popcorn, and 2 bottles of pop. They had Glacier National Park stuffed animals and excess stuff saying Silverton, CO. Places I had not been to. This pottery was alright, but then marked with a sharpie. How dumb. This place was very similar to Gopher Bargain Center in St Cloud. Oh, there's a lot of expired Easter candy. Anyone?”

“My entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic! The customer care, service, attention to detail, patience and exemplary knowledge of the product far exceeded my expectations! My Sales Consultant, Scott, was absolutely incredible! He spent hours with me, making sure all of the customized and personalized selections and options were correct and to my liking. The delivery team was polite and punctual. They handled my products with care! I loved everything I purchased! Next level quality.”

“I am starting to fall back in like with Target, although I disagree with the removal of some Pride apparel because people think stores are their church, but whatever. I worked here in high school, and I like that it is well-organized and clean. I very much like that they now have Starbucks and CVS! They have a pretty good selection of items and I appreciate they also have the curbside pickup, although I have not used that service yet. There are a bunch of Tesla chargers, which surprised me, as I don't see that many around this area yet, but, maybe it's a corporate thing to have that many chargers. The CVS is great inside the store and there is rarely a line. Nothing stands out to make it a great Target, but it is a nice store and I am happy we have one nearby where my parents live.”

“Always a good shopping experience. Way too many shoppers relocate product into the wrong area. Despite two people picking up and returning products to the correct position, it seems to be a constant problem.I was impressed at the genuine smiles and greetings from the staff.”
