“I went here to get my prom suit and both men working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part of it all is the way I was treated. I am a transgender man and prom suit shopping had me very stressed out, but when I came here and they were told about my pronouns, they got them right and treated me like a man. Trying the suit on and being referred to as a man had my confidence spike through the roof. The suit was so amazing and looked so good at prom! I can’t thank these guys enough! ❤️”
“Very helpful staff member. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was over $200. My husband loves the jacket! However, being a rewards member I was surprised that DXL didn’t offer more than $15 off a $100 purchase. How about $30 off of $200.00 especially at Christmas time. Amazon had the coat for $159.00 but not in a 3 xl tall. Customers do compare prices. Let’s up the discounts DXL!”

“We accidentally stumbled across this adorable boutique. They have a great selection of men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, women’s jewelry and little Knick knacks. If we had time and money to spend we would’ve gladly done so here.The two sales associates were super nice and made relaxed conversation with us while we were there.They also had a bunch of cute press ons to buy which is a great tip if you have a nail emergency.”
“Laz really helped me out for my wedding. I initially went with another company for my suit and got it altered elsewhere. My suit came back horrible, and in a panic I went to see Laz. Not only did he take his time with me, he was patient, professional, and explained everything even though there was a massive time crunch. He got me into a fitted suit in 4 days. His alterations were literally perfect and everything fit like a glove. Only high praises as he saved me from looking like a clown for my own wedding”

“This place was not on my list of stores to shop but it will be from now on. I was able to find me a pair of nice quality sweat pants that were very comfortable. I even bought me a Detroit Lions shorts and T Shirt set. The young lady cashier was instrumental in helping me find the sweats. There was no zip up hoodie to go with it but that's ok. What I bought was just fine. For big and or tall guys and gals check this store out.”

“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. “I visited the Fisher Building through one of their free tours. It was absolutely amazing! It was very interesting to hear the history behind it and to discover so many fun facts regarding its construction. The guide Jacob was really nice, his enthusiasm and passion for history are contagious, making the whole experience very enjoyable. It was a lot of fun too, the time just flew by! “My childhood is littered with traumatic memories of being dragged here from the time I was a toddler until it was old enough to avoid being brought along with my parents. But as I've grown up, I really come to love this place, and visit whenever I can, though I am rarely this part of town these days.
It is definitely a diamond in the rough for menswear, and I would rather go here for anything fancier than a t-shirt than to any mall I can think of, at least to start. It's focused, has friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and often you can find a steal on their discount racks if they are doing any inventory reduction. Highly recommend it.”
