“I went here to get my prom suit and both men working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part of it all is the way I was treated. I am a transgender man and prom suit shopping had me very stressed out, but when I came here and they were told about my pronouns, they got them right and treated me like a man. Trying the suit on and being referred to as a man had my confidence spike through the roof. The suit was so amazing and looked so good at prom! I can’t thank these guys enough! ❤️”
“Very helpful staff member. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was over $200. My husband loves the jacket! However, being a rewards member I was surprised that DXL didn’t offer more than $15 off a $100 purchase. How about $30 off of $200.00 especially at Christmas time. Amazon had the coat for $159.00 but not in a 3 xl tall. Customers do compare prices. Let’s up the discounts DXL!”

“This place was not on my list of stores to shop but it will be from now on. I was able to find me a pair of nice quality sweat pants that were very comfortable. I even bought me a Detroit Lions shorts and T Shirt set. The young lady cashier was instrumental in helping me find the sweats. There was no zip up hoodie to go with it but that's ok. What I bought was just fine. For big and or tall guys and gals check this store out.”
“My childhood is littered with traumatic memories of being dragged here from the time I was a toddler until it was old enough to avoid being brought along with my parents. But as I've grown up, I really come to love this place, and visit whenever I can, though I am rarely this part of town these days.
It is definitely a diamond in the rough for menswear, and I would rather go here for anything fancier than a t-shirt than to any mall I can think of, at least to start. It's focused, has friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and often you can find a steal on their discount racks if they are doing any inventory reduction. Highly recommend it.”
“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. “I always have a good time in any Mark's I visit. Usually I'm only in there for new works boots when they're on sale at 1/3rd off. The first lady showed me to the right boots and was kind and helpful.I tried on size 9, too small, I tried on size 9.5 too small, tried on size 10 and by this point the second lady was cleaning the floor and asked if I needed any assistance. She was also kind and helpful. Size 10 felt good but then tried on size 10.5 and that was the perfect fit. A little wiggle room for thicker socks and to account for feet swelling as it happens normally hroughout the day.We all had a bit of a chat at the counter and it just makes the whole transaction that bit more enjoyable. So thank you to the 2 kind ladies for taking care of me! God bless.”

“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. The first tuxedo that was presented was a perfect fit and well suited for the occasion described. If you live within 60 miles of this establishment it would behoove you to make the journey to Jim’s Tuxedos. Where the professionalism, experience, and class are free and the suits, dresses, and tuxedos are fairly priced.”

“This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”
“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). “I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.”

“My boyfriend and I went in to look for a suit for a wedding in August that we are attending. We went in looking for a gray coat and pants. Joe stepped in and started helping us. The process took a while, but it was worth it. The coat and pants were found quickly. It got fun once Joe started to pull together shirt ideas. I mentioned how my dress and high heels were navy blue and Joe immediately went looking for blue or white shirts. I saw the bow ties and matched it with a shirt that Joe brought to us. The outfit went so well together. Joe asked me if I liked the shirts and valued my opinions, which I appreciated. When checking out, he asked if I had a garment bag for my dress. I didn't, so he gave us both one. I 100% recommend this location of Men's Warehouse!!”

“Love this stores selection on baby’s clothes and women’s clothes. They have a wider selection of Nike than other close by locations. They have a Sephora and an Amazon return center as well. They have friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.”
