“We stopped in at the Pontiac Trail, Wixom, MI location of Public Storage to check on the availability of a storage unit and met the enthusiastic Public Storage Building Mgr. Jay explained, in detail, about the best location and storage unit size to fit our needs so we could make an informed decision. She took us to see some storage units and answered our many questions with knowledge and patience.
Jay was wonderful to work with and assured us that we would appreciate the many automated lights we would encounter as we walked the hallways, the huge elevators for transporting our belongings to the 3rd floor, the flatbed carts that are provided, and the many safety features associated with the building from the password-protected entrance to the lock on our unit. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professional staff, the cleanliness of the building and grounds and the safety measures that are in place.
