“I reserved a unit online and somewhat forgot about it. Shelby called me a few days later and we talked for about 10 minutes. When I came and looked at it, I realized I needed a different size. Shelby gave me plenty of options and let me look at all of the units before deciding on the one I went with. She answered ALL my questions and took her time explaining what I needed to know. I love how easily accessible my unit is and the new bright LED lighting. I compared prices with other local companies, including some I've used in the past and Storage King came out on top for many reasons. “This overall a very nice storage facility. It's a little pricey in my opinion but you absolutely get what you pay for. I was able to get my storage unit the same day I signed up. Using the storage unit is very easy thanks to elevators and push carts available to use for free. The facility is very clean, well lit and feels very secure. I highly recommend it.”

“I like this place and its quick process! The set up online was amazing. I needed storage immediately and I went online, followed the steps and was provided a storage unit just like that. The next morning, I was able to load my items in the unit. You have to bring your own lock and that is stated while going through the process online, so it was no surprises when I got there. Late that night I realized I had too much stuff and at 2:30 in the morning I needed another small unit for the rest of my things. I went online, followed the steps, paid online and just like that was provided another unit. I've never heard of this place but after having to move immediately this is a place I will always keep in mind and share to others who may need storage.”

“Slightly above average storage facility in terms of the building, individual storage units, and pricing. The accessibility and hours are somewhat of an inconvenience at times, but for me it's still worth it considering the location is very close to my home. However, the best part of being a renter at this facility is the customer service I've received from Corey. This guy goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and was amazing to deal with when I had a large moving truck scheduled to drop off items from a cross-country move, ensuring someone would be in the office and available on the day/time truck showed up. If I owned/ran a storage facility I would hire/promote this guy 10x over. Thank you!”

“I always thought I could not afford a storage unit and although I wish I didn't need one (that's another story) I had to get some stuff out of my apartment before someone turned me into "Hoarders" ( you know the TV show?). Anyway, I found Affordable Storage and was surprised at the affordability. It's close to my apartment and the unit was clean (as far as outside storage units go). Cement floor, of course, and lockable door. That's all I needed. and expected. The gentleman who helped me, Bill I believe, but I could be way off (I'd better check this detail) was very friendly when I went in to sign up and they are always friendly when I call to make a payment. If this is what you need for a storage unit, this place meets the criteria and then some. And just FYI, no one is paying me or giving me anything to write this review. :-) Well, you never know!”
