“I ordered tires online and went off the great reviews, assuming they were good tires. I had them installed on a Friday afternoon and my car shook so bad once I left. I called back to talk to Sean and he said bring it back Saturday and they would balance them again and apologised. This went on 4 times until we determined it had to be the tire I bought. Sean handled everything for me with patience and communicated it all to me. We put a name brand tire on my car and it runs smooth again. Sean went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He got me in as quick as he could, did the paperwork, and got me back on the road.
