The service department was absolutely awesome!!! Pat at the service counter was very nice and accommodating and Dennis the mechanic explained everything that he did to my vehicle thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment online for the following week which the website said was available and they would contact me right away. A week went by and they had not reached out to me, so I called and they said they couldn’t get me in for another month. Whoever is running the department should be fired.

I would generally recommend, however the female on the phone (making appointments) was rude , uncooperative and certainty Not helpful in any way, consequently I took my business to Village Ford with 4 stars and polite phone reps !

On June 7, 2023 I got a voicemail from the collision shop at Jack Demmer Ford to just bring my car in on June 27 and they would have a free loaner available. So today being June 27 I took my car in half hour before my appointment and I was lied to by the receptionist saying that we have left you several voicemail messages since then that you needed to return so that we could be sure you still wanted the loaner. Why would I make an appointment in the first place wait three weeks for a loaner car and then not want the loaner car???They even said that my voicemail box was full, which is also a lie !! I despise liars and piss poor customer service!!

My vehicle was fixed here at the body shop. Very disappointed with the disrespect to my vehicle. Gas was used up and nails in my tire when I picked it up. When I called and left a voicemail about my concerns I never heard back.

Beware of the Bait and Switch. The dealership advertised a vehicle for one price on both its website and autotrader.com. I agreed to that price with salesman, Bill English. After a few days of nonresponsiveness (that should have been a sign), I decided to follow up for the next steps. Bill ran my credit, which is over an 800, then changed the price! He said, "oh that sale price was for A-Plan employees and relatives. Read the fine print." Wow. So guess what. I did. And nowhere on AutoTrader nor the website does it explicitly require that. Not cool.If you make the mistake of going to this dealership, learn from me, and get EVERYTHING in writing before letting them hard-hit your credit.

Our van was stolen and totalled. Went there to see about replacing it. Was told at least a year if you ordered one. The used ones are few and far between. They called a week later and said they may have what we are looking for. It was a 2021 that they got back off a lease. The vehicle is spotless. It had 1670 miles. It is now in our parking lot!!!! Thank You Eric & Bernard!!

I bought my car in for service because my car was jerking, bucking and pulling like it wanted to cut off. I approach a service man name Tom Briggs. I went to explain my situation with my car and immediately said to me we can't look at it until February. Do you have a appointment. I said no this happened yesterday. He started again to say we can't see it until February. I then said will you be able to tell me at least what is wrong and if you can't fix it I understood but will you be able to diagnose it. He stated NO!!! At this time I lift with my car to find another dealership. My car engine light came on and cut off. I return back to him and the dealership and said my car shut off and the engine light came on. Now the car is unsafe. He stated again I can't see it until February. I said you telling me you can't scan it to tell me what is wrong and why you so rude talking. And what did you not talk rude to those 2 guys in here. He then stated we can scan it in a couple of days. Then we can't see it until February. I said fine then let it sit until February a whole month away before I know what's wrong. Now I have to pay for a rental for a whole month which will cost my 1500 dollars until February LUCKY ME!!!! I am 57 year old female and have been driving since 15 years old and first car in 1989. I have never been pushed aside and felt like garbage. All I want is to drive safely not feel unsafe.

Fantastic service level every time I bring my car here. They are professional from the moment I make the appointment, to when I bring my vehicle in, to the phone calls with updates, to when I finally get my car back. Reasonable prices and they work to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. I will continue to bring my car (or any future Ford vehicle I own) to them!

Brought my Vehicle that I purchased From Jack Demmer in because a/c stopped working paid $500. 1 week later air stops working. Now they want another $200 for parts that were good last week. I'd take my car to another place.Service: Air conditioning
