“Our family has used Complete Auto Center several times. The last was when I brought my 16 year old boys new vehicle in for an inspection prior to buying it. Louie checked out the car and he told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure it was safe and in great running shape for my son to drive. “I called motorwerks to get a quote for some work that was needed on my sl550 that the dealership had recommend at my last service before my warranty expired. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful, and went over the whole process with me. Dropped my car off and had it back the following day. Not to mention Motorwerks was able to get me in quicker and was significantly less expensive than the dealership for the exact same work! Very impressive shop, and a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back in the future.”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”

“Today I went to Discount Tire on Grand River in Novi MI. I go there twice a year to switch from factory wheels for winter and chrome wheels in summer. My last visit there was a couple little hiccups in the service. I spoke to Nick the owner/manager about it last winter after he read my review. He called me same day. Said if I gave them another chance he would make sure everything went smoothly. When I walked in he acknowledged me by name and said let’s get you taken care of. My appointment was 11:45 I left their store at 12:15. Only 30 minutes later. During the service one of the shop people came in and said it will only be a few minutes more. They met me right away knew why I was there referred to me by name and had me out in 30 minutes. It wasn’t just a wheel swap they had to swap my tires to my summer wheels also. I was given my keys and a receipt for no charge. I’m very happy with the service I received and glad I went back. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs. “I've always had great service at this store and they've always gone out of their way to help me. My tires have been very bad for a while now and I just haven't been able to afford replacements. I finally needed to get 1 tire replaced and could barely afford the 1 tire at the time so after talking with me about my situation they decided they couldn't let me leave with my front tires as bad as they were and ended up putting on 2 used tires on my fronts completely free of charge to help until I could afford the other 2 tires. Absolutely amazing customer service and will always recommend this store to others”

“I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Oil change”

“Great customer service
I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”
