“I needed to find an auto shop to mount a tire onto the rim and found Monro Auto Services. Surprisingly, it was inexpensive, and they finished it within 20 minutes.However, one of the mechanics sheered the lug nut lock while mounting the wheel back on. Even though it has been a pain to acquire a replacement key from dealers and auto shops, I'm glad the shop took responsibility for their mistake and offered to reimburse me. Mistakes happen. Just do the right thing to make it right for the customer, and store manager Tony did just that.I haven't received the new key socket yet, but I will update this review once I get the notification.”

“This is the only location that I will ever go to. I have a diesel vehicle and Pep Boys is one of the only oil change facilities that carries the oil my truck takes. After having a bad experience at the Farmington location, I was reluctant to give Pep Boys another try. I called this location to inquire about setting an appointment. After finding out that I was leaving another location due to a bad experience, Noah assured me that he would have a tech available immediately. When I arrived, he greeted me by name, answered all of my questions and immediately had a tech begin working as promised. My truck was done sooner than expected and Noah even gave my 1 year old son a toy car to keep him occupied while we finished up some paperwork. All in all, most oil change places are the same, great customers service makes ALL the difference. Because of Noah, this location has a loyal customer.”

“My first experience with the parts department was excellent this evening. I wanted to buy all weather floor mats and a trunk liner. Gabe confirmed the mats were in stock, but wasn’t sure about the trunk liner. He double checked as there was a new part number, and luckily this was in stock too. After paying, I was going to make two trips to my vehicle as it was a lot to carry. Gabe offered to carry out half of the items for me. Then he helped me to quickly get everything setup, and disposed of the packaging. Thank you Gabe for the excellent customer service, going above and beyond!”
