“The owner John Yu is an absolutely amazing person, as well as John. Being amazing so is everyone of his staff members. His wife who runs the college sports own store is absolutely amazing as well. All around the pro sport zone has everything you need in terms of sports memorabilia, autographed and non-autographed. He has a huge selection of pro sports team apparel for all four pro sports and even college sports. I definitely recommend it. Pro sport zone and even the college sports zone to anyone and everyone”
“Great customer service and excellent price!The motor I ordered for my treadmill was on back-order, so FPW contacted me to ensure I wanted to wait for the order to come through. They called me and emailed me to ensure I was notified. They gave me an estimated time to fulfill the order and beat their estimate by a several weeks. Awesome customer service.The motor I ordered arrived in in good condition because it was packaged well. The installation instructions were easy to follow - my treadmill was running again in less than an hour.I looked at more than 8 websites, including ebay for the motor and it was $100 cheaper on FPW than any other site.The treadmill is like new and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, FPW. I'll be back if I need more parts, so hopefully never, but it's more than likely I'll return.”

Michelle knows just what is needed to make her game better. Michelle designs the lesson personally for her, always explaining everything so she can learn for herself, and asks for her thoughts about her bowling game. Jacey's average has increased each year and she placed 11th at Junior Gold 2023! Aleta is also always there to offer advice on bowling balls, drilling, and equipment. She answers all my husbands questions and ideas. Jacey looks forward to her lessons and being at Country Lanes. To know them is to be inspired and love them! We will never go anywhere else!”
“There are not enough word to describe how amazing the employees at this shop are. Every time I’m in the shop I feel so very welcomed and I feel like I can ask any questions I need. In particular Jack went above and beyond to take care of a snowboard I was giving as a gift and brought it back to life perfectly. 10/10 recommend this shop over and other shop for your snowboard gear. They always keep a very good stock so if you need something same day, you will find it.”

The associate Erin at the Novi store went above and beyond to help me fit all the skates and hockey pants I needed while being SO kind to me and my kids. It’s so hard going into stores sometimes but she made me feel valued and even helped me carry everything to my car. I’m grateful for her, her positivity and understanding really made my day. The owner is really knowledgeable and has been great at answering questions, even some girly ones as I've bought gifts for friends here and needed a guys opinion and hockey guys knowledge on. He also does a great job sharpening skates! Oh and the Michigan mitten hats are kickass looking, simple, stylish and they fit great. I always get compliments on mine and asked where people can get one. Great place in the area right in fhia to take care of your hockey needs!”

“I bought my ski and got my boots tuned here. Mounting binding and ski took about 1 hour. Boots fitting was professionally and prices are reasonable. Compare to Sun&Snow and REI, I prefer here overall.”
