“Awesome mall! A nice place to hang with friends or bring kids! Tons of cool stores for toys, clothes, etc. The food court gets a bit crowded but has a variety of yummy food options to pick from. Perfect spot to chill”

“Current beer leaguer, lifetime hockey player since I was a wee lad. Nobody sharpens skates as well and consistently as these guys. Been going here for a few years now even though it's half an hour from where I live. My skates always come out super sharp with consistent edges.My blades are about 12 years old and these guys have a set of replacements for my skates (nobody else does). Planning to have them replace and profile the blades once I have the funds. This shop is the place to go for any skate needs.”

“Greatest experience I have ever had at ANY retail store!! Immediately upon walking in the store we were greeted by two joyful employees Kristy and Daniela. Daniela helped both me and my fiancé find exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond grabbing any/every size, color and style that we were looking for. Daniela also took the time to make sure we got every deal we possibly could. During the check out process Kristy did her due diligence to make sure we understood the return policy as well as the point system. Every retail store needs more employees like Daniela and Kristy. “I love my new black with some patent leather cosy, soft, warm, arch support cold weather boots from Famous Footwear. I don’t have the name, but they’re new. I haven’t yet worn them since it’s been balmy outside. I got a size 8. I had to try them on in the store when I went to pick them up and they were incredibly comfy like a sturdy well fitting sneaker. I didn’t want to take them off!”

“Shout to the short Indian/Arabic dude. I didn’t catch his name sadly. This guy went above and beyond finding me sizes and giving me alternative options to the shoes I was initially coming to buy. He got my sizes even though I was asking for many different sizes and he didn’t complain at all, he was always helpful patient and wanted me to walk out happy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, honestly I would only come back to this store at this location for this dude otherwise I’ll shop online.Only part of the experience that was awful that made me want to not buy the white Air Force 1s and I was so close to leave them was because of the cashier. Just very rude, not helpful, no thank you or anything. That was a bummer.”
“So much things you need and don’t need, LOL! Loved the amount of different products from clothing to fishing gear. Just fun to walk around and look even if you aren’t buying anything. Reasonable prices and even better sales! Love the clothing in mens goes up to 3XL because it’s so hard to find decent mens clothing.”
“This is a long post but well worth it when a person does an excellent job! I stopped here on 4/27/18 to purchase several pair of shoes for my 3 daughters. Everyone walked by and didnt acknowledge if I needed help. I almost walked out. But, 1 person came out I hadnt seen. Starr is her name! She was exceptional, patient and knowledgeable. Informed me of prices and sales on various shoes. Checked and ordered others online that werent in the store. I appreciate people like her that take the time and have a positive attitude. I told her from now on I only want her to assist me when I go back for more shoes, including other family and friends. I am in the process of calling her manager as well to give her a huge compliment. Starr you are the bomb! I see you as an excellent manager. Keep it up! These 5 stars are all because of you!!”
“Love Lids, been buying hats from Lids since they first opened years ago. This location is 1 of my favorites always a pleasant experience but wish they had more team options, everything is here is mostly Michigan based teams, Chicago or Cleveland. I still manage to find something just wish there were more options.”
