Saks Fifth Avenue is an elite store with high prices, considered too rich for some. The experience can be a hit or miss, sometimes depending on how a customer is dressed. Many find the staff, especially in the fragrance and Dior sections, to be wonderful, super nice, and going above and beyond to help. Associates are personable and work to ensure customers are happy before leaving.
