I haven’t yet worn them since it’s been balmy outside. I got a size 8. I had to try them on in the store when I went to pick them up and they were incredibly comfy like a sturdy well fitting sneaker. Not overwhelmingly stocked with rows and shelves of clothing, but whatever is presented for the customer is worth considering.While she was trying out different outfits, I found a few really cool wine and cocktail glasses. There were several different candleholders that looked pretty good.Also, the selection of scented candles was pretty extensive, and some of them, quite interesting.For a store that doesn't cater to men, I didn't feel bored waiting for my wife.”

He got my sizes even though I was asking for many different sizes and he didn’t complain at all, he was always helpful patient and wanted me to walk out happy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, honestly I would only come back to this store at this location for this dude otherwise I’ll shop online.Only part of the experience that was awful that made me want to not buy the white Air Force 1s and I was so close to leave them was because of the cashier. Just very rude, not helpful, no thank you or anything. That was a bummer.”

“This is a long post but well worth it when a person does an excellent job! I stopped here on 4/27/18 to purchase several pair of shoes for my 3 daughters. Everyone walked by and didnt acknowledge if I needed help. I almost walked out. But, 1 person came out I hadnt seen. Starr is her name! She was exceptional, patient and knowledgeable. Informed me of prices and sales on various shoes. Checked and ordered others online that werent in the store. I appreciate people like her that take the time and have a positive attitude. I told her from now on I only want her to assist me when I go back for more shoes, including other family and friends. I am in the process of calling her manager as well to give her a huge compliment. Starr you are the bomb! I see you as an excellent manager. Keep it up! These 5 stars are all because of you!!”

“Not a lot of stores carry my size so I have to do a lot of online shopping. This Ann Taylor location usually carries a good selection of size 2/4 pant suits and blouses/camisoles. Dress slacks tend to run a bit long, which is perfect for me since I'm 5'7" and usually have problems with slacks being too short. The store is so clean and organized (great job to the employees!). I used to work retail in college and notice simple things like the hangers have the correct size label and are hanging in numerical order by size and are perfectly hanging in place and not jutting out or have clothes partially on a hanger. I've purchased two suits from this location in the past two years and have been pleased with the sleek professional look during the day and the versatile tops for a laid back evening of dinner and drinks. They are located on level 2 by Saks Fifth but online shopping is safer post covid19. Also, Ann Taylor sizes are consistent so I don't have to try on clothes before buying.”
