This bank and branch is terrible for small business. I had no help from Kathy regarding random fees and very slow follow up on issues. I would echo most of the poor comments in this thread. Take care

Never have a manager on-site, don't know how to manage their own systems. Have a loan that been funded by PNC to a PNC bank account but they don't understand their own system yo release funds. Don't waste your time, go to a credit union. Seeing their reviews now should've known.

Went in for a simple wire transfer that I’ve done plenty of times in Chicago. Not only was the “banker” unqualified the branch manager was completely incompetent. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went but now it all makes sense.
