Don't you just love when a business posts hours of operation, and then isn't open on that day you show up? Take Saturday off your hours of operation for the big beaver location. Please stop wasting countless people's time.

Terrible service. I'm trying so hard to pay a loan and can not talk to anyone. Sit on a silent hold for 20 min and nothing. Guess I got a free 32k loan.
