“I am writing in regards to certified Credit Union financial counselor and personal advisor team leader, Makayla WoodsAlthough I live in Ypsilanti last week Tuesday April 9th I was in Rochester and stopped into the Community Choice Credit Union on East Long Lake Road in Troy Michigan had a large settlement check to deposit. I had had many funerals and an emotional past week I was just coming from a burial and I had a couple of overdrafts due to being busy with funerals and such not getting to the bank on time. I then felt I needed to speak with someone promptly so I let the teller know promptly Makayla was a joy to work with charismatic empathetic knowledgeable steadfast the epitome of customer service! She also called me within 2 Days in regard to my deposit and for things that I needed to know in regard to this deposit she went and above and beyond in her service techniques I am very grateful to her friendly kindness! Even though I live in Ypsilanti and the Northville office is closer for me I will now be traveling to Rochester where my friend lives down the road conveniently from childhood and I will see her for all my financial services here out! “This particular location is outstanding. I don't understand some of the previous bad reviews. I witnessed the utmost customer service during my time at this bank. Branch Manager Theresa would make contact with customers in the lobby to minimize the wait and answer any banking questions. Paris the Banker was outstanding in expediting my financial needs and providing a great insight on investments and products. Its nice to see "Old School" customer care at a time where it seems to be non-existent. If you need banking with a touch of care and professionalism this location is highly recommended.”
“Tiffany went above and beyond for me! I needed crisp new bills for my Southeast Asia trip and contacted 3 other branches that just told me they don’t have any. “This is the most conveniently located PNC branch for where I do most of the errands. Normally I use the drive-up ATM or drive-up window. Always have experienced friendly, efficient, accurate service. This is not our main branch but is a great alternative for us to get much of our banking done.”

But I will say that they didn't notify me via email but instead via mail that an issue had arose which took a while to arrive because it had been 7 days since the letter had been sent.”
