“An edit 4 years later:The work that was done is already rusting badly while the original body work from factory is fine. Many of the plastic rivets have also fallen out. The passenger side rear door window is off its track and can only be moved up and down manually by pushing on the glass.Was really impressed with this place. Let us know how things were progressing as the time went on. Kept us informed about everything the whole time. And when we got the car back it looked better than we bought it from the dealership. Good place to do business with if you find yourself in that predicament.”

“After my usual body shop failed to respond to three messages left in a week, I called these folks. Gary answered and asked a few good questions. He said just to give him a heads up when I could swing my vehicle by for a look. I did so and he met me and walked out to look it over on the spot. He showed interest in what I do for a living and asked some questions there as well (unusual, but good stuff). As promised, he shot me an email quote within a day. I dropped it off on schedule and it was ready the same day he said it would be. He walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied. My hood and fenders look like new. I then got a hand-written, personalized thank-you card snail mailed. This is the way I do business also, and it's awesome to see another small business owner here in TC who cares that much. “My situation as a whole was terrible! I was going through my insurance company to get my vehicle fixed from an accident. Gerber was great, the insurance company, not so much. Gerber was amazing through the entire process of scheduling a time to bring my truck down and even helping me with contacting the rental company down the road. I couldn't have stressed enough to them how important my vehicle is to me and they took care of it like their own. Alex was a tremendous help. She would call me every week with updates on the progress. She also answered all the ridiculous questions I had. Unfortunately, my insurance ended up totaling my truck before any actual repairs could be started. Kurt and his team put my truck back together as quickly as they could. When I picked it up after it was down there for a month it was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off. They even cleaned my cab before I picked it up. My overall experience with Gerber was great and I recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.”
