“I was in my first ever accident in October 2025, and was very uncertain of the process, who could help, and what to do, all while managing the mental challenges associated with the accident itself. A family member recommended Sonny's, and luckily they worked with my insurance. When I reached out everyone was so friendly, asking me how I was and set up a day-of estimate appointment which was a miracle for me due to my work hours. They were able to schedule me in about two weeks after my accident as luckily my vehicle was still drivable.
They estimated two weeks for the repairs, but it was ready after about 7 Business Days, so much sooner than expected! They also detailed the inside of the car which was an unexpected surprise. I'm very happy with their work and the experience I had with them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done for their vehicle. As for the pricing, they worked through my insurance so I only paid my deductible, and it was a very smooth process on my end.”

We were in town for vacation when our GMC Sierra’s dashboard suddenly displayed an engine warning. Not knowing what was wrong—and with a 4-hour drive home ahead—we were in a bit of a panic. Jeff was amazing! He squeezed us in right away, even with our whole family (and dog) in tow. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and thankfully it turned out to be nothing serious.

“After my usual body shop failed to respond to three messages left in a week, I called these folks. Gary answered and asked a few good questions. He said just to give him a heads up when I could swing my vehicle by for a look. I did so and he met me and walked out to look it over on the spot. He showed interest in what I do for a living and asked some questions there as well (unusual, but good stuff). As promised, he shot me an email quote within a day. I dropped it off on schedule and it was ready the same day he said it would be. He walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied. My hood and fenders look like new. I then got a hand-written, personalized thank-you card snail mailed. This is the way I do business also, and it's awesome to see another small business owner here in TC who cares that much. “The CSA was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and got me an appointment in short order.
My appointment was on a Saturday and the technician was the only person onsite. He handled my windshield replacement which included recalibration along with other customer repairs, AND fielded customer service questions seamlessly.
He estimated 2.5 -3 hours and it was complete in 2 hours 35 minutes. He was very polite, friendly and extremely professional and proficient. Thank you SafeLite, but most of all THANK YOU, Dave, the technician! He deserves, at the very least, a raise, if not a promotion!”
