Service center mechanics don’t what what their doing they forgot to do my recall work properly and they put old oil back into my car would not recommend to ANYONE! I would rather them have asked me and just changed my oil, even if it wasn’t bad, what if they got contaminants in it? Bad practices at this dealer!

I am so happy with my experience and purchase of my new Hyundai. Lisa Harris was so helpful and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. She helped me with all the questions I had, and I had a lot. Had the best experience on my purchase and trade. After a very stressful situation with my current vehicle, Lisa and Brian stepped in and went over, above and beyond to help me out. My stress melted away immediately after I walked into the dealership, felt no pressure about my new purchase and left with the vehicle I wanted. Looooove my new fire red Santa Fe and everyone who works there made sure to meet my expectations. And they did. No other dealership will ever compare to Bill Marsh and to these people. My experience with Bill Marsh Hyundai - Ashley, Andrew, Brad, Tanner, and James have been wonderful. They are knowledgeable about their products and are not afraid to find the answers if they do not have them. Both my husband and I have owned 6 Hyundai's and have loved each one of them. Every time we have an appointment we are greeted by name, with smiles, and they have made us feel like a part of their family. they have always made sure we have the best quality of care every time we come in.

The customer service provided by Bill Marsh Hyundai is second to none. Through out our whole ordeal with the motor seizing in our Tucson, (Google that ...it was no way a reflection of the dealership) the loaner car and return of our car these people proved to be amazing. I did NOT feel like just a number there - I felt like I really did matter to them. Hats off to JC Guillen my impromptu service writer last Saturday. (He's actually a salesman) He did not give up until we were in an air conditioned car on our way back to Big Rapids. Very happy with my new Tucson hybrid...Brad (our salesman) was very helpful both while we were waiting for the car to arrive and during delivery as well. We drove from Grand Rapids to Traverse City to get the car we wanted.

They do not offer any service other than oil changes and tires on weekends. I wish I knew this before buying a Hyundai.

Came in for an oil change and service today. We purchased our Palisade from Bill Marsh in May of 2022, and have brought our Elantra here for years. Cannot say enough positive thing about every department at Bill Marsh. The sales team was awesome and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us during a tough time in the auto industry. Their service department is one of the best I've worked with in the state. Thanks Christian for the great service today and the hat!!
