Bree and all the other staff I spoke to maintained very clear and helpful communication throughout. The inspection was thorough, my car (2016 Legacy) was ready right on time and the final repairs even came in a little under the initial estimate. Would definitely recommend!”

“These guys were simply wonderful. I was t-boned in my father-in-law’s Prius by a truck on my way to Traverse City from northern Wisconsin. The Toyota dealership sent me here as they could not help me. These guys used a sledgehammer to make the car drivable while I waited. They were so quick, obliging, and friendly. They offered me coffee and didn’t even charge me. Excellent service in addition to true midwestern kindness and charm. Very impressed!”

Had an emergency situation in a Mercedes Benz, although busy and booked, Matt the owner was the only mechanic in town that agreed to help me and look at my vehicle even as a new client on an hour notice. Matt was able to fix my issue within 30 minutes. On top of being grateful he was able to fix the issue, I am extremely grateful for these guys helping a random guy out in a desperate situation. Every employee was kind hearted and knowledged. Unfortunately for me I found these guys before relocating out of town but I would recommend Sullivans auto over any mechanic in town simply for being such a compassionate group of knowledged people”

“I had Dave's replace all my fluids and tune up a 1990 Miata. They scheduled me within a week. Drove me home and then picked me up. They provided me with a print out of all the work performed as well as additional inspections they did on my vehicle. I thought they were thorough and professional and I will use them on my other vehicles. I have also recommended them to my friends.”

“Our experience with Peninsula Automotive was beyond exemplary!! We were stranded on vacation with a faulty ignition switch in our VW- EOS. “The car I recently bought needed exhaust work and I took it to Keystone Auto. The guys there took care of what needed to be taken care of and did it within my budget. The following week, I had new tires that needed to be installed and I went back to Keystone Auto. Nick told me they don't install tires but he referred me to a place that did. I don't know anything about cars so going to a mechanic always makes me worried that I'm going to be overcharged or something. I don't worry about that with Keystone Auto. Honest guys who do quality work. Thanks, Nick.”

“I love the staff at my Williams. They are so friendly, helpful and always treat me with respect, kindness and Drew can always make me laugh. Although a little disappointed that while my vehicle was in for a different repair they noticed my check engine light came on and was going to charge me $150.00 to find out why. Did i mention they already had my vehicle for a repair. I declined as there are other local facilities that will check at no charge. Also the $800.00+ labor charge for a $168.00 hose seems a little steep, to me that implies that hose took all day long to fix. I will still be loyal to my Williams but :(. A shout out to the oil change garage guys for all you do!”

“5 years ago I took my car to 2 mechanics in Traverse City, I received 2 high priced estimates. I was then referred to Car Repair Inc and received a reasonable estimate. I have not went any where else since, the owner takes the time to go over everything with detail which i feel is reassuring that my vehicles are in good hands and will be fixed properly, I have never had a problem with having to take it back for something they missed and i have older cars and truck, i highly recommend them.”

“When you are driving across the US in a "new to you" RV and end up with a serious issue, I hope you end up where I did in upper state Michigan at Nature & Me RV.
The staff and technicians are top notch and know how to fix any problem you throw at them. I drove over 60 miles early in the morning to have them fix my constipated plumbing. They jumped on my Leisure Van Unity and had me flowing again! fast and reasonable, they had me on my way before lunch. Thank you all on the maintenance team. We appreciate your expertise and great service attitude! I give them 10 stars but Google only goes to 5 stars!”
