“My name is Tommy. I go and see Dr.Newman once a month, and he changed my life.
The pharmacy is directly next door to Newman in the very same building, and the pharmacists are absolutely brilliant. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes, and they are always friendly, approachable, and above all knowledgeable.
Today my insurance wouldn't cover my medicine for some reason, and that stressed me out. The pharmacist noticed that I was stressed, and she said, don't worry, give me a few minutes and I will make it work somehow. And sure as sugar, five minutes later I walked out with my medicine in hand. God bless the plumbrook pharmacy and medical center. Love them.”

“Very convenient pharmacy at 17 mile and Ryan. A big chain pharmacy I've used for years was out of my medication at all of their locations. They had it at The Medicine Shoppe. The pharmacist and her tech were awesome! They got my prescription transferred and filled it quickly. They were professional and so nice. It was a great experience.”
“This local pharmacy has been a saving grace for my family. My grandmother who has MS and a complicated medical history has always been overlooked by the bigger pharmacy systems like CVS/Walgreens, but the pharmacist here really gives great care to his patients. He not only makes sure she never misses a refill with over 10 prescriptions a month, but he advises our family on what medications he thinks would be best for my grandmother as she has many specialists and specialty medications. More than that they offer home delivery which makes medication refills as frequent as my grandmothers so much more convenient. At times my grandmother couldn't afford the copay and they found other solutions and discounts to get her medications covered. Now my entire family and many of my friends go here as well. I really could not endorse a pharmacy more than this one as they see patients as humans and prioritize their health, dignity, and happiness!”
“We have been going to Holiday pharmacy for 25 plus years, they are absolutely fabulous, the respectful, very knowledgeable, treat you as an individual not a number as in the chain pharmacies, Vince and Tom have such fantastic memories, you walk in they know who you are, they explained your medicines very clearly, recently after leaving the hospital from being there several days I just wanted my prescription sent to the pharmacy at the corner of my house, I will never make that mistake again, that prescription was dropped off at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon, although I received a text message saying it was ready 3 hours later it was still not ready, Tom took care of it the following morning by calling the pharmacy and having a transferred, they will also deliver your prescription should you be too ill to go get it, I have had the use that service a couple of times, it is free of charge, tipping your delivery driver is the nice thing to do.We will never go to another pharmacy,Thank you Vince Tom and your entire staff for being so wonderfulSue Collins”

It's a busy location, but despite this staff are always friendly, service is prompt and staff are always willing to go above and beyond- always willing to call provider's offices, answer questions, they even stayed open late one evening for me to pick up my husband's cardiac medication after being discharged late from the hospital. Anette, the pharmacist I've dealt with on several occasions is amazing, as are every single other staff member I've encountered here (and sadly, I'm here a lot these days so that is saying a lot). So glad to have made the switch from another local pharmacy about 2 years ago.”

“Something has really change at CVS stores, at least at the one right down the street from my huge garden center, Gramma's Gardens, in Troy? For the better!
I'm on Medicare now, with an OTC card, and CVS has a lot of blue tag items. I was in need of stuff that qualified, so I brought it all up to the counter to pay. The guy, dressed in cool, wild clothes (which is awesome for business), assisted me with the whole process! I couldn't believe, as a senior, what great service I got from him?
Anyway, I got home and had purchased highly fragrant Ebson salts. I was hurting real bad and attempted to return them the next day. They were so busy there, but a manager saw I needed assistance, badly, so she called me to a separate register.
She made the whole return process a breeze, even though I opened the packaging.....it was not a good product! Not only that, and this was strange, she noticed I was struggling to find the right product, so she closed the register down, ran and got me the right product to help (non fragrant salts).
I was surprised how they changed at that store? Such nice service! And I get to park, right up front, in the handicapped spot :)
I figured writing a good review is far better than a call to corporate. They probably just hear complaints all day. Hahaha! Thanks for being a great part of our community in Troy, CVS.

“The store manager Eddie is the nicest man! He was working today (Sunday) and I went in to grab some Starbucks cups that have sold out by me already. It takes about 45 minutes to get to this specific Kroger from my location. I asked if there was a limit and he said no, so I grabbed the amount I wanted (friends asked me to pick up also) and told him how excited I was and far I drove. Eddie decided that because of my drive he threw a cup in for me for free. What an incredibly generous person to do something like this, and he seemed like he is always this way. Shout out to the Starbucks employees and Eddie for making my day!”
