No major issues just that there are some medications they have to order and won't be available till next day so if it's medications that has to be started right away you should call first to see if it's in stock first

Often having the same experience, if the costumer don’t tell them whats going on, they will still give you the wrong medication or is not ready, even if you get the text msg that is ready. Mostly not friendly, they must be not happy for what they’re doing.
