I have a 08 Prius that needed some specialized care. I talked with Tyler, felt great about the interaction and dropped off my Prius. Within 24 hours, I had great communication, root cause of the issues, options and they answered all of the questions I had. Would highly recommend and would absolutely utilize again in the future. I’m so grateful to have discovered Tri Cities Auto for the maintenance of my ‘22 Sienna Hybrid. Having relocated from out of state I was hoping to find reliable options for my Hybrid. I had tried the dealerships, both 30 minutes from my home, only to be discouraged by their “hard sell” approach. Carl and his team are swift and thorough. Their knowledge instills confidence and understanding. The environment at the shop counter is inclusive and creates a sense of community. I was in town visiting my Mom when I had a flat with NO SPARE! Had my vehicle towed in and got back on the road within a couple hours! Tri City is pretty awesome and the guys in the shop were very cool!?

This team was incredible! I was on a road trip from Iowa to Northern Michigan when I was having some problems with my vehicle. They were able to get me in the next day and thoroughly diagnose the situation. The communication from the team to me as the customer was top notch. They were efficient and professional and got the job done. I was on my way and made it safely to my next destination to visit my parents. Thank you so much for helping me out!!
