Happy they service hybrids, and for way less than the dealership. Oil change was really reasonably priced as well, my coworkers were surprised by how little it was. The loaner was really convenient and made it so easy. I will be back for maintenance, definitely.

I had a side gasket valve leak and was overdue for a coolant flush. Tri City was quick to get me in, and we're able to give me a loaner vehicle while they made the repairs. I needed AC work done on my daughter's car in the middle of August and they got me in and finished in one day. PLUS, they have the BEST, most thorough communication for quotes I have ever encountered. Would definitely recommend!
