Also, if you can’t afford the payments right then there you can also ask them about payment plans that will fit your budget.”
“Called DT and ask how much to mount a tire to the rim and put it on my car I was quoted $23-$25. I get there man comes out and looks at the tire that I’m replacing on my car and tells me he can’t do it. It’s too old. What did he think a person bringing him an old junk car who buys used tires is gonna all of a sudden purchase a new tire from him I think not I called the tire lady talked to the gentleman. He said come by and let me have a look at it. He looks at the tire says this is a great tire. Clearly it still has the tits on it from being new no appointment just first come first serve. It was in the 90s and very hot so I told him I’d be by the next day I show up boom they replace the tire put it on quite pleasant chitchat talk to you charged me $20 and informed me that they also sell used tires. I will be going back to them if you want somebody honest they’re the people. Thank you and god bless”

Noticing small things to help engage in conversation, willingness to open the door for more elderly customers, and very prompt service for being fairly busy.
