“After an earlier Fiasco at the store on Southfield Rd near 696, I was determined not to return there and called the store on Telegraph and 12. i spoke to Charles who assured me they had the iphone and accessories I wanted. When I arrived, he was ready to take care of business! He was knowledgeable about the phone, could answer all questions, did not try to over charge me, and introduced me to Direct TV which has now made me switch from COMCAST! He took care of reloading the new phone, iphone MAC PRO with ease, put the clear screen and new case on, and walked thru some things about Direct TV and he took care of each transaction with ease! Super Job! Charles and this AT&T STORE has a forever customer! 10 stars!! Thankyou Charles!”

“I was switching over from an 11pro to a 15pro and Lance was my representative. I’m not from the area and walked in about a hour before the store closed and Lance stayed a few minutes after 8pm for the phones to finish transferring data so I was able to GPS home. I was so appreciative! Throughout the process he answered all my questions and I was able to get a Free Apple Watch by updating my plan. Definitely will return to this store if I need anything else.”

“This Target is within walking distance so I stop in once a week or so.I've learned to avoid the store on Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Not only is it busier and disorganized, but also there seems to be a staffing quality issue on the weekends.On Monday during the morning/day it's great. The store is clean, the carts are clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with staples and some cute clothing and home items. It is the go to place for holiday PJs and holiday flannel sheets. My youngest grandchild is obsessed with the $5 Wondershop birds that seem to be in stock for a single day before they are sold out.It's not a huge store but does have a well curated selection of items and the stock turns over quickly.”

“First off , I stoped by the metro by t Mobil store the one on 8 mile and Southfield to purchase a new phone found out that the store was closed without any Notification to there customers also noticed that it’s no longer METRO BY T MOBIL Store anymore they have a new signs and the Metro signs are gone over night I guess because I pass by this location every day and that’s my main one to pay my bill. I searched other metro by t Mobil stores and saw that this location had some really good reviews. The two customer service representative that was there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walk in and were so incredibly helpful.Wes the Manager Who help me out the most was very patient and informative he walked me through everything helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was worth the trip there and I will be making future purchases from this location I have already recommended this location to family and friends because I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.”
