“We were in town for a big volleyball tournament and everyone treated us great! Especially Kordaye who provided great service on the bar/lobby area. Even tried to teach me some line dancing!
They also had free Starbucks coffee in the am which was much appreciated!
I would recommend they add towel bars or hooks to the room though as there was no where to put your wet towels. Loved that there was a mini fridge but a small freezer in it would have been key.”

“I have to tell you I got bang for my buck in a room with all the amenities of an apartment cheaper than expected. The staff is available around the clock even after hours. They are courteous, professional and truly strive for customer satisfaction. I'd definitely stay here again. Great Discount for first timers here that choose to stay 28 days. There are truly no worries here.”
“They are the most indecent and disrespectful people and I have seen in my life the reaction staff does not work, they treat you badly, what a bad experience you should remove them all, they mistreat clients, something I have never seen in my life. Responsible for everything is a frustrated old black man who is at the reception, I don't understand how he can still work there.”

“This hotel is right in front of our building and was super convenient. Sales Director, Dan Brining, was a rockstar and even assisted me with group transportation when needed, it helped me save a lot of money in transportation costs. Front desk manager, Allan Bermudez, was super helpful when I had many room changes and additional nights to be added. And not once did they tell me they couldn't accommodate. They went above and beyond for me and my group and I wholeheartedly appreciate everything they did. Our event was a huge success thanks to them!”
