By the phone I explained that is alternator and they just said bring it down. The mechanic was start working on it and when new arrived he installed right away. Thank you for your help and service

“Really smooth and quick service, the techs here were all very helpful. They took us in soon after we called and even provided for us a faster and cheaper solution to our flat tire situation which we were intentionally very worried about, since we had a long distance business trip ahead of us. As we were getting ready to leave, the technician stopped us and offered to quickly put our spare tire back under the chassis of our work van, which saved us time and extra labor for the remainder of the trip which we were really grateful for. Thanks to all the technicians at this establishment for going above and beyond”
“This is my second trip here, so far so amaaaaazing!!! I had to patch a tire my first time. The second included an oil change. So quick, so friendly, no pressure! They also fixed a dent and my liner at no charge. I can't recommend this store enough!! They just saved me from dropping my car off for a 1 1/2 weeks and getting a rental. Insane!! “I called pep boys to get a patch done on my tire that had unexpectedly got a screw stuck in it and I say on hold for 10 mins. I called Monros and they were happy to help. They were kind and fast as could be. They are open later then most tire places as well. I will definitely be going back for my tire needs and I'll refer them to everyone I know! “Had another great experience with Discount Tire today. Brought in my Ford Edge at 8am and I was out of there by 9am with no appointment.
Had something in my tire that looked like a screw and was hoping for the best as I just spent $1,400 on new tires a few months ago. They got me right in and luckily it didn’t puncture through my tread. I had a very nice young gentleman install me some new wiper blades that I didn’t even know they did until I read the sign in the lobby. It was quick, very affordable and my windshield is streak free now. Great service overall! The upgrades to the parking lot and outside of the building look great!”
“I can't say enough good things about this business. They quite literally saved us in a very scary situation. Lewis especially was nothing short of amazing.
In a nutshell, we were in from out of state when our brakes decided that they didn't want to work like they were supposed to anymore. After calling every shop in the area and being turned down by all of them, we were on the verge of making the decision to risk the drive home when we made one more call. Despite it being later in the afternoon, Lewis was able to squeeze us in. He was very informative and friendly, the repair was done quickly and they got us back on the road safely. Thank God for them, because a couple of hours later we were welcomed to Illinois in typical fashion when we were cut off and had to slam on the brakes immediately after crossing state lines. If not for Lewis and Firestone, we would have ended up in the hospital or worse.
Because of their friendly service and genuine concern for the customer (even a customer from out of state) I would recommend them to anyone. They truly went above and beyond when they didn't have to, and that sets them far above anyone else in the area in my opinion.”

“Haven't been to this store in probably 10 years or more, but I am pleased with the level of service that both Fred and Ryan provided.
They did throw a aftermarket water pump in my Ford Raptor (big no-no) but ultimately decided to install the Motorcraft OEM part after further testing post repair. So far everything has been good.
They did miss the target completion date and time causing a run around trying to get a rental after hours but did offer me a card for a free oil change to make up for it.”

“February 18th 2021 i called for a tow off w ave. I was told they no longer offer towing. They reccomended vicksburg towing. I called vicksburg towing. At Vicksburg towing he told me he was one guy and wouldn't be to me for three 3 hours. Thankfully a good Samaritan showed up and pulled me out with a tow strap and refused my cash.”
