“Really smooth and quick service, the techs here were all very helpful. They took us in soon after we called and even provided for us a faster and cheaper solution to our flat tire situation which we were intentionally very worried about, since we had a long distance business trip ahead of us. As we were getting ready to leave, the technician stopped us and offered to quickly put our spare tire back under the chassis of our work van, which saved us time and extra labor for the remainder of the trip which we were really grateful for. Thanks to all the technicians at this establishment for going above and beyond”

“All Costcos are good, mainly because the CEO isn't a greedy pig and the workers are paid pretty well so they generally like what they are doing. Costco is seriously better than the rest of the genre. And the prices, so good that the place is insanely busy. No better gasoline prices anywhere, enough savings to make it worth it to wait in line. Gasoline lines like 1973, only with a little less rancor because this is Western Michigan. No better prices on computers. No better prices on cat litter. That's all I really need, gasoline, cat litter, and a computer. That's all I need in this world. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game, and the remote control, cat litter, gasoline, a computer, and the lamp, and that's all I need. Sorry, I'm being a j**** This Costco, like all Costcos, is a good place to shop even if it is crowded and busy.”

“I had a flat tire and called my roadside to change it, which they did. Unfortunately, my spare was nearly flat as well. I work at the hospital and there was no way I would have made it 40+ miles home on the low tire, or even to a gas station with an air pump. I stopped here on recommendation, and without hesitation the gentlemen up front arranged for me to pull around and have air put in. The gentleman in the back was so kind and helpful and checked all of my tires and filled them without me wven getting out. Additionally they would not accept payment for anything. I am so appreciative!”
