“Had a flat on a Friday @ 5:15 ish. I had no spare. Called Discount tire and it would have been 275 for a rim and tire. They closed at 6. My wife called Price's and they had a used tire for $50 and they were open until 8. My brother came and picked me up, took the flat on rim to them. They had the tire ready to mount and in their office when we walked in. First tire ended up not holding air, they had more and found one that did and got it mounted on my rim. Was there maybe 25 minutes. What a life saver on a Friday night. Friendly, professional, kind, and seemed very family oriented. I don't recommend any business usually unless the service is exceptional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that is wants affordable family friendly service. Thank you to everyone at Price's”

“Had a tire blowout and rim trashed on a boat trailer headed north for the week on I-75 just south of Exit 149. Instead of billing me decent amount of money, William(I think) advised that Menards had tires on wheels ready to go. I have not shopped at a Menards and had no idea they had that or that I was close to one. After a drive to Menards, a small shopping spree and about 45 minutes total I was back on the road thanks to William at RCCT.”

“Jason Guerin is amazing. He had my truck loaded and dropped off so fast, I couldn't believe it. The previous guy I had took over 30 min to load my truck. Not only was he fast he went above and beyond. When arriving to my home to drop it off my ex boyfriend showed up. He was acting like a crazed lunatic and Jason stuck around to make sure me and my 16 year old cousin was safe until the coos arrived. I am so grateful for his protection and the Reassurance he gave me to make me feel safe. He even tried talking to my ex and tried to calm him down and diffuse the situation.”

“I had a bus broken down on the side of a freeway near St. Johns and none of the five heavy services I called in Lansing were interested in helping. As soon as the word "school bus" was said, they got evasive. When I called Mike's Wrecker, their dispatcher was immediately helpful and confident they could get the job done. Their driver Brent arrived quickly, was quick and efficient at getting the bus hooked up, and he was excellent company for the ride home. He even backed the broken bus into its proper parking spot. The price was extremely fair. We are grateful for their help and glad to be introduced to another resource for that region.”
