THANK YOU Selina for all your help today! I found a dress I wanted at the Flint location but needed a size that was available as the Saginaw location.Employees at the Flint location would not help me with this! I called myself and got Selina, who went and found the dress for me and held it until I could get there! She was so polite and helpful, I give Selina a 10/10!!!! Thank you SO much! Will be making the hour long drive to this location from here on out!

Customer service in the shoe department would be nice. Was completely ignored (Yes, she saw me and didn't even say hi. She seemed annoyed that I was in an aisle she was about to walk through) by blonde saleswoman who was more than happy to greet customers who came in after me. I left the boots behind.

Macy's has certainly changed in last couple of years. The level of professionalism by the store leadership this evening is frustrating and disappointing. Will not be returning to this store anytime in the near future.

Amy Osbourne is amazing in the My Stylist area! She goes beyond the word customer service and I so appreciate her! We will always shop at Macy's because of Amy!

I can not believe what has become of this location. It's like going to Kohl's where you expect everything to be self serve. The selection is poor especially if your looking for the higher end brands. Staff is far and few and they have no product knowledge or the ability to complete a transaction that involved ordering items they did not have in the store. Store was dirty carpet was actually gross. It did not even feel like holiday time. Shoe department is basically a self serve department. No one at all in the childrens area which is definitely not like it use to be. Sad this store is definitely gone the way of other department stores I see why I quit going and why so many Macy locations are closing.

They are now marking up prices on items that have been in the store for weeks. The manager says it's corporate. That is bad business. They could also use a remodel if they are charging more.

I am so mad! do you believe what Macy's did? okay let me tell you! about three weeks ago there was a lady working at Macy's as a cleaner, she had a routine down as to what she'd do at work each day , she'd get a big cup of ice each day, mind you now she got promoted to supervisor and everything, she was told she's doing a great job. one day no warning no nothing, she come to work get her cup of water from the concession stand like usual, they called her into the office and fired her because she was taking $2.00 cups of ice each day. now this lady was starting her life over! this job didn't pay much but she was proud of her job. they fired her for a cup of Ice. they could have gave her a warning or something. I will not shop at this store again until they hire her back. I believe she learned from her mistake if any, now if they never hire her, I will not go to a Macy's again! and I am going to different Macy's and tell managers what this Store did, and I'm going to my viers on YouTube with this. "SHAME ON YOU" Macy's. this is the US Army. we will fight for what's right.

Getto macys. Here is nothing good here. I think they take all the stuff that can't sell at the other macys and try and sell them here. Seriously gaudy, cheap clothing and it even smells funny. I will travel the extra 2 hours to go to the Grandville Macys or Waterford. Also, the floor is disgustingly dirty. How hard is it to run a vacuum?

Macy's has overall great departments and decent prices. However, I have noticed a definite decline in the number of staff, especially if you go there on a weekday. I once had to search the entire top floor before I found a salesperson. Also, I lost an item in the changing room and called the store that evening to see if it had been found. No joke--I called 10 times and Not Once did I get connected to a salesperson. I finally left a message with a manager who did eventually get back with me. Err...

Ninety-nine percent of the wedding couples I know have registered at Macy's. Cathy Serafini stands out as the gift registry professional who has provided the most extraordinary service. A fantastic person -- makes shopping for the perfect gift a breeze!

Before it became Macy's it had the name of Marshall Field's sister stores. With that, the selections were much different. Now with the change in name there is definitely and upgrade in selections. When I'm in town and with the time, I like to stop by and check out sales. I've picked up Men's shoes on occasion and at a great clearance price unheard of in Chicago. Unheard of because if the same styles and brands were available at a Chicago location, the stuff would get picked up quickly. Out here, it's a different story. On two different visits I got nice pairs of Cole Haan driving shoes on clearance. I felt freaking awesome! You know that feeling when you get a great price on something, you feel empowered. Ha. As of now the Mall seems to be trying to make a new break with all the recent erections of new businesses outside and around the property. With that there is a new interest and newer selection.

Large store. Decent prices. Pros: For some reason, it seems like the local collegiate population likes to hang around in or around this store. If you're people watching, not a bad place to be. Cons: Not only is the men's section small, it was hard to find. I think I took the escalators like 5 times (the same 2 escalators) because I would catch a glimpse of the men's section only to find I had been disoriented right after getting off the escalator. Recommendation: Macy's credit card? Get your 5% back and pick up rewards along the way.
