Macy's has certainly changed in last couple of years. The level of professionalism by the store leadership this evening is frustrating and disappointing. Will not be returning to this store anytime in the near future.

Amy Osbourne is amazing in the My Stylist area! She goes beyond the word customer service and I so appreciate her! We will always shop at Macy's because of Amy!
