“Best possible experience. I was looking to rent a cargo van and Ashley Holmes was incredibly helpful during the entire process. She kept me updated and gave great advice about everything I asked about. The cargo van with headroom (a must for moving) was an excellent recommendation. The van was clean, had bluetooth with a big screen, cold air and was actually easy to drive with all of the technology. Everything went as promised and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to Jill as well for an additional follow-up.”

“Pick up on Bay Road was easy. They drove me to the airport for drop off. Al told me I can arrange for him to pick me up at the airport in the future. Overall seemed like nice helpful people.
Car was slightly older model but nice. Did have a faulty tire sensor so I took it in one day to have that checked out.
Otherwise I would rent from them again. Much better experience than airport rentals in the past.”

When they had the opportunity to change me for something I would have never known they didn't do, they came right out and told me they didn't have to do it and saved me 300$ ! On top of that they fixed my crooked steering wheel out of the kindness of their hearts!”
