“Kudos to Sara A at Alamo Rental at MBS Airport near the Tri-Cities in Michigan. My husband had a heart attack while we were visiting over Christmas; the doctor said we couldn't fly home for two weeks. That meant rescheduling with the airline and Alamo. When I called the 800 number and got headquarters, the clerk didn't even express sympathy for my husband's near-death experience. She said we could keep the car for $2230 for the next two weeks. I explained that we didn't want to BUY the car, we just wanted to rent it. Crickets. So I drove the car out to the airport and that's when I met Sara. In business, you've got your ducks and you've got your eagles. Sara's an eagle. She made everything happen with justice and compassion. She waived the ridiculous fees corporate was imposing, got me another car to use for the two weeks I drove back and forth from the hospital. Alamo rocks because of Sara!”
