Shaneka waited on me and helped me decide on a new phone which I picked an IPhone 16. She did the phone transfer and activation for me while I waited. She was very patient, kind and helpful. I am very grateful for her prompt, excellent service.”
“Lucian is a TRUE breath of fresh air, amidst this lackluster , he was certain Boost, where a great guy was there then turned it over to a very bad guy, who wouldn't bad guy as far as customer service, It didn't take me long to switch over to Boost. Lucian truly stands out as a model example of customer service, he was very kind, always informs ppl of how things where things how things are going, and modest as well, then he informed me that he only wants him he only works there 2 days a month!! He's too humble of a guy to say more but it's the first time I've been there, so I can't compare him to others who work there and I don't him personally ,but I was happy to have accidentally come on one of his days , I want Lucian to get special recognition for how he treated me , another Spanish guy ,and and another older gentleman , I pay attention to detail...and I could go on - but I'll leave it there - outstanding !!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! This man deserves a raise!!! THANK TOU JACKSON!!!”
