“So I’ve been staying in this hotel for about 2 maybe 3 months but one day my bank card was having issues so I had to pay for a one day stay just to make sure I didn’t get put out. Not even 1 hour after I paid for the one day stay my card started working so I went back down stairs to pay for the week and the guy told me I had to pay the full amount because it was already processed. Talk about poor customer service I’ve spent 4,000 to stay here and I literally never cause any issues but nope no love shown the hotel is nice but no customer appreciation at all.”

“I believe the past reviewers were from growing pains when the hotel was struggling with employees who didn’t care about the hotel or their job!I had zero bad experiences here! Staff was excellent, room was clean and in better condition than a lot of other Holiday Inns I had stayed with. I would ignore the bad reviews here and not hesitate to book the hotel.”

“Originally was going to be a three star review, will get to that I’m a moment, but a few problems I noticed. The room was okay but the air vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years and I kept sneezing due to allergies. There was a blood stain on the mattress, and the inspection license in the elevator was expired by three months.The walls were thin and I couldn’t sleep at all the last night because the neighbors were literally screaming, banging on the walls, slamming doors, and acting like they owned the place at midnight but I called the front desk and they handled it well.”

“Filthy unclean the room. The workers knew it too as they asked if I wanted to change it shortly after entering the room. I left and was promised a refund, but they never refunded me and they stole my deposit as well. I should sue these people.”
