The cashiers are nice along with the courtesy clerks. I work at a kroger so I have high expectations. The store is very clean. Nice location. Worth the extra .1 mile to go to than their other store.”

We talked for a good while about my finance situation and she will keep point on advice an option. Overall good customer service what recommend to come back to this branch in Bank of America.”
“I will always give this place a good review so long as they keep the good work. Long review, yet my points will be relevant, I promise.The employee there (I don't remember his name, but he was there yesterday. He is a white man, has a friendly attitude and is always the person to help whenever I go there). I would like to thank him because 1)I went there for a very small, trivial transaction, yet still he took me seriously, didn't scold me, and didn't roll his eyes. 2)I'm a person who acts slowly, he waited patiently when I was taking my ID out. 3)I have an immigrant's accent (even though I know English well, I moved here not so long ago, and yes, racism exists regardless of educational background or color) and I don't understand technology or banking terms really well. He was respectful. I truly appreciate it, because I work at a place where I'm harrassed in the most evil ways by the customers all the time, and as a customer I receive a very poor treatment wherever I go (in USA), even though I'm one of the easiest/least demanding customers you can ever see. Keep that employee there. (I will edit the post when I learn the employee's name). I hope this review helps more customers, because I want them to go to a place where they will receive respect!”
