“The story starts as follows. Last year, my car needed a water pump. I called a bunch of places. I was told by one shop that there are only 2 shops in the entirety of the Metro Detroit area that I should trust to replace my water pump. Allor's was one of them. “I brought a car from their dealership Jenna Auto sales about 2 years ago and all I can say is that the people at the dealership and auto repair shop are amazing people to deal with!
I never had a issue with my suv, recently had some issues come up but thanks to the owner he insisted when I purchased the vehicle to get extended warranty and it came in very useful today as it’s saved me over $1400 dollars from repair bill, all I had to pay was a small deductible which is very reasonable!!

“Bought a 2006 Trailblazer SS with a blown engine and bought it here for a rebuild. Rich was great, and easy to work with. Unfortunately the aluminum block had a hole in it. Tough item to source, so I had to find one in AL, and have it shipped to State. Once we got past that hurdle, the truck was on the road pretty quickly. Been running powerful and smooth for 7,000 miles now!”

“You can not go wrong coming to see Carlos and crew. One of the most trustworthy shops around. I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years. Never had to take it back..the problem was diagnosed and fix correct the first time. I do not take my cars anywhere else but here. You always get an honest diagnosis and opinion and options from Carlos. Cannot recommend this shop enough. They service all different manufacturers from domestic to foreign. Has a parking lot, handicap parking, separate bathrooms, cash or credit ..no checks..open 6 days a week. Saturdays are a call ahead and speak with Carlos is recommended. Cannot say enough about this shop”
